Uploading Documents

Looking to upload a document? Start by navigating to the Documents tab and then to the folder in which you want to put the document. Once you select the folder, click the "Upload" button (seen circled in green below).

Next, in the pop-up window, select "Attach Files" and select the file you're looking to upload. Select the file and click "Open".

While your file is uploading, type the name you would displayed for the file. Once the file has finished uploading, click the blue "Upload" button. When you do so, your file should appear below:

Viewing Files & Documents

To view your uploaded files, all you have to do is click on the name of the file! The file will appear in the NoteBowl viewer.

Downloading Files & Documents

To download files or documents, click the empty box to the left of any of the files that you would like to download. A checkmark should appear in the empty box (circled in Green below). Then, click the "Download" button above the file names (circled in Green below).

You're done! The file should now be downloading to your computer.

Quick Tip: You can also click the blue download button to the far right of your web browser, in line with the file name you'd like downloaded!

Removing Files & Documents

To remove files or documents, click the empty box to the left of any of the files that you would like to be deleted. A checkmark should appear in the empty box (circled in Green below). Then, click the "Trash" button above the file names (circled in Green below).

You're done! The file should now be deleted from your folder.

Quick Tip: You can also click the red delete button to the far right of your web browser, in line with the file name you'd like removed!
