This article's purpose is to help instructors enroll and drop users after the course has begun.
Enrolling New NoteBowl Users
If the user you are attempting to enroll does not have a NoteBowl account, follow these easy steps:
Click the Support "?" at the bottom left of your web browser.
Click the "New Conversation" button at the bottom right of your web browser.
Type out a message, explaining the name, role, and email address of the user you would like enrolled in your course. Below you can see an example of what this message should look like.
Hit "Return" on your keyboard and our team will get right on your request!
Enrolling Current NoteBowl Users
If the user you are attempting to enroll already has a NoteBowl account, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to the Roster tab in your course and select the "Enroll Users" blue button.
Search for the user by typing his/her name.
Select their name & then choose from the drop-down menu what role the user will have in your course.
When you have finished this process and enrolled all the users you are looking to add, click "Enroll Users".
If you need to drop a user from your course, navigate to the Roster tab in your course. Find the user you are looking to drop and click the Red Circle to the right of his/her name.
Confirm your intention to drop the user, and select "Drop User"
