Step 1

Submit a request to for your domain to be "Zoom Enabled". This will help us insure that you have the correct Zoom license to use this feature. We strongly recommend purchasing the ability to have cloud storage on Zoom. You can refer to this article to purchase cloud recording. 

Step 2

Once we have enabled your domain for Zoom. You can navigate to your Notebowl homepage and click on conference. 

Step 3

Once conference is selected, you should see several options. If you do not see the "Enable Zoom" option, please contact us as your domain may need further configuration. Proceed by clicking on the "Enable Zoom" button as shown below. 

Step 4

Once you have clicked on the "Enable Zoom" button, You should be taken to a screen that looks like the one below. 

Step 5

After clicking "Authorize", you can now setup a zoom meeting with your class!
